What industries does Regu work with? +
We primarily work with enterprise clients in hospitality, property management, logistics, and operations-heavy industries. Our flagship product ReguSphere is deployed in premium hotel properties across Indonesia. We’re well-suited to any business managing physical infrastructure, IoT-connected assets, or complex internal workflows.
How long does a typical project take? +
Timelines depend on scope and complexity. An MVP or focused feature build typically takes 6–10 weeks. A full enterprise platform with IoT integration, AI components, and custom hardware runs 3–6 months. We scope each engagement honestly before committing to any timeline.
Can you integrate with our existing ERP, CRM, or legacy systems? +
Yes — integration is a core part of what we do. We design systems for interoperability from the start, using REST APIs, webhooks, message queues, and custom adapters. Whether it’s SAP, Salesforce, a homegrown legacy database, or a third-party hardware system, we’ve built connectors for it.
Do you handle ongoing maintenance and support after launch? +
We do. Most enterprise clients stay with us post-launch on a retainer covering monitoring, incident response, security patches, and iterative feature development. We don’t hand off a codebase and disappear — we treat your system as a long-term product.
How do you handle data security and compliance requirements? +
Security is designed in from day one, not bolted on at the end. We implement encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, full audit trails, and deploy on SOC 2-certified infrastructure (AWS). For regulated industries, we work directly with your compliance team to meet specific requirements.
What does the engagement process look like? +
We start with a scoping call to understand your problem. From there we produce a technical proposal with scope, timeline, and cost — usually within 5 business days. Once aligned, you get a dedicated team, a shared project workspace, weekly check-ins, and direct access to the engineers building your product. No account manager layers.
Do you work with clients outside Indonesia? +
Yes. While we’re based in Indonesia, we work with clients across Southeast Asia and beyond. Our team is fully remote-capable and experienced with async collaboration across time zones. We communicate in both English and Indonesian.
